1. Do you provide iron and ironing board at your place?

Yes, we do.
As standard our properties are equipped with washing machine and clothes airier.

2. Is there any welcome pack for the guests?

Yes, we provide everything you need to get you going upon your arrival.
We provide tea, sugar, instant coffee and milk sticks, coffee pods for the Nespresso machine.
We also provide toiletries and all the household supplies to ensure you don’t have to worry about these during your stay.

3. How do I access the house?

We use Master Lock key safe and we normally email you the combination 1hr before your check in.

4. What is check in and check out times?

Our check in time is 16:00.
Our check out time is 10:00.

5. Can I request early check in?

We endeavour to accommodate early check in where we can. Depending on the current guest’s check out time ( if requested a late check out, we are not able to accommodate an early check in on the same day from the next guest). We normally facilitate this on first come first serve basis.

6. Can I request late check out?

We endeavour to accommodate late check out where we can. Depending on the next guest’s check in time ( if requested an early check in, we are not able to accommodate a late check out on the same day from the current guest). We normally facilitate this on first come first serve basis.

7. Is there any help with how to use appliances at your place?

Yes. We provide step by step house manual to ensure you make yourself at home with ease.
This will be emailed to you before your arrival, there will also be printed version in the house.
